By accessing and using these services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use these services.

WORKING WITH ME

Email support is within my office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm ET). I typically reply within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. 

My online sessions are typically held in my private meeting room on Zoom unless otherwise discussed.

I am not a licensed mental health practitioner or medical professional, so it is solely your responsibility to seek professional medical/mental advice in regards to your mental, emotional, and/or physical health prior to and while working with me. 

Cancellation & refund policy

Due to the significant amount of work and preparation prior to the appointment that is required for these services, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, rescheduled appointments or after services have been rendered. We understand life happens, so if you need to reschedule, please email info@marykathrynjackson.com 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled session date in order to avoid a cancellation fee up to 100% of the session amount.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit MaryKathrynJackson.com or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices in your client portal. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

REFUNDS FOR RETREATS AND PROGRAMS

Fees for retreats and programs are refundable up to 60 days prior to the first day of the retreat or program, with the exception of the non-refundable fees specified at the point of purchase.

WAIVER FOR ONLINE CLASSES, RETREATS, WORKSHOPS AND PROGRAMS

I hereby represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical conditions which would limit my participation in the classes offered online by Mary Kathryn Jackson. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes, retreats, programs, workshops and any other activities (online or in person).

I hereby WAIVER AND RELEASE Mary Kathryn Jackson, Arise Rooted, LLC.,  its owners, officers, employees and instructors from any claim, demand and cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered. In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by Mary Kathryn Jackson I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damage, known and unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, retreats, workshops or other activities.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MaryKathrynJackson.com, its parents, affiliates, employees, agents, third party information providers, service providers, licensors or the like and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to MaryKathrynJackson.com from and against all losses, injuries, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you. MaryKathrynJackson.com reserves the right to assume, at its sole expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with MaryKathrynJackson.com in asserting any available defenses.
